a)The licensee must construct and install trial noise mitigation measures for Aerator 1 at the Charmhaven Sewage Treatment Plant (the STP) by 5pm 30 November 2017 . b) By no later than 5pm 31 December 2017, the licensee must provide the EPA an acoustic consultant report on the effectiveness of the trial noise mitigation measures, included predicted noise level reduction, and recommendations for further noise mitigation measures at the STP.
